Dr Charlotte Bradbury
Dr Charlotte Bradbury MBBCh (oxon), MA, FRCP, FRCPath, PhD is a Consultant Haematologist at University Hospitals Bristol where she is VTE and anticoagulation lead. She also leads liaison (advice and referral) haematology, is a member of the UHBristol Research funding Committee, UK ITP forum and British Society of Haematology general haematology task force. In addition, Charlotte is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Bristol where she leads haematology teaching and is overall year 2 lead for undergraduate medical student teaching (MB ChB). Charlotte holds several research grants for clinical trials and basic science laboratory projects. Her research interests are in immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and thrombosis associated with haematological malignancy (Myeloma and Acute Leukaemia). Charlotte is also the UK lead for an international randomised clinical trial testing antithrombotic strategies in patients hospitalised with COVID-19 (a domain within REMAP CAP).
