Dr Arthur Pratt

Dr. Arthur Pratt is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at Newcastle University, where his primary research interest is to develop a better understanding of the disease processes that underpin rheumatoid arthritis (RA). His group aims to translate this understanding into improved tools for the management of people with the condition.

As an Honorary NHS Consultant Rheumatologist at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, he delivers an early arthritis service and undertakes clinical trials of new medicines for the treatment of RA.
